We are a non-profit organization who's mission is to provide a stress-free, stigma free atmosphere for people 18 and over who have experienced mental health issues.

* The drop-in center offers art group and computer groups.
* We also have a T.V./DVD room where you may relax.
* The center also has a commercial kitchen where we serve free
lunches everyday.
A recreation program is also a part of the center. All are welcome to our meetings every second Friday of each month to plan new activities. The activities include eating out, ball games and bowling. However, we are open to suggestions.
